写真が写すもの Things Photos Show
私は写真が好きである。正確には撮るということが好きである。撮った後のフィルムはしばしばどこかに行ってしまうから。。。
写真は何を写すのであろうか？「写」と「真」で真実を写すものなのであろうか？まあ、そうだとして、このときに真実と考えられているのは、写り込む像の真実さである。
けれど、私がなぜ写真を撮ることに興味があるかと言えば、それは恐らく撮る人（この場合、私だけど。。。）の性格や気分という真実が写し込まれるからである。つまり、撮る人によって同じ対象であっても全くことなる顔を見せる。
最近の日本では、デジカメも既に落ち着きを見せ、気軽な写真はもっぱら携帯で撮られる。多くの若い人は、モノクロモードであったり美顔モード（私の携帯にはある）であったり、そういった機能も使う。その機能を使うということ自体が、その撮る人の性格やそのときの気分を反映している。そして、私はそうした機能を使うことはなく、そのことが私の性格を映し出している。
で、私はやはり写真を撮るという行為によって、自分の性格や気分の一面を見ることができる気がするのだ。というのが、また新しいカメラCanon7を手に入れてしまったことへの言い訳である。

What does a photo show? In Japanese a photo is called "sha-sin". "Sha" means to catch something and "sin" is truth; that is, "sha-sin" has the meaning that a photo catches something true, "catching-truth". If so, of what the truth does a camera take? Maybe the truths of objects in common.
But the reason of that I like taking photos is not the truth of Objects but that of my characters and feelings. Same object shows different appearances as different photographers aim to it.
In Japan photos are taken with a mobile phone recently. And youngs even use additional functions like monochrome mode, "bi-gan" (means "beautiful-face") mode or many other modes. To use such functions also shows their characters or feelings. The fact that I don't use so many functions shows my characters.
I can find my characters and feelings, myself, by the action to take photos. All these words are an excuse for the old Canon7 I've got.

SFには影撮ることがすきな友人がいる・・・
写真は、真実を写した結果のを写真と言うか、
それとも、真実を反映する画像で写真と言うか、
よ～く考えてみたら、最終的には、同じことになる。
まあ、どちらにしても、
写真と言う言葉が、実に味わい深い言葉である。

i kown that kabuki is the traditional japanese theater, one of the traditional forms, i have a friend that have a very white face, she painted her lips with a very deep red and her hair it's very dark... we called her "kabuki" ;P

It's a big typhoon here today.
Ms. Kabuki is Japanese or Spanish? You know, colorful face and clothes... But Kabuki has been played (even now!) only by men. Sumo is also men's world.
I watched on TV that a girl's playing on a bullfight (corrida?) in Spain. But maybe it's a rare case also in corrida.
撮影という言葉も面白いですね。なんで影なのかな。。。それに、影が好きな人というのは素敵ですね。たぶんヴォーカルよりは楽器を担当する人でしょう。
写すにしても反映するにしてもそれが真実であるという共通認識があるはずなのですが、そういうところから視点をメタに持って行くと、余裕のある現代人としての第三者的な視点ができあがります。つまり、撮る人と撮られるものを観察する、という。。。こう話すと難しくなっちゃってつまらないですね。それが人の性格やら気分やらというわけです。

here´s a big storm too, we are in alert for the wind and the rain.
my friend is spanish, she lives now in Barcelona.
it´s very rare see a girl playing in a bullfight (yes, corrida) it´s a men world. this is one of tipical things that happend in spain, backward mentality (in some things)i was in a bullfight only one time. it´s incredible, but i think i never come back again. when you see the people (el matador) with the tipical clothes and this things, it´s like if you are seeing a picture from 3 centurys ago. like a Goya´s picture. and you also understand this kind of fascination, like picasso, because it´s very strong... the blood, the colours, the people, the place... very strong.

Oh, you're caught in the storm, too!? The storm in Japan got named "Tokage" this time. "Tokage" means a lizard... It's interesting that officials also should call this so.
Heard about your corrida experience, I got the urge to visit that place. Goya and Picasso should have the same spanish blood. Japanese like me can never understand their feelings in some cases and express those in the same way. But my friend and I have gone to Museo del Prado twice in a couple of days.;-) We could feel various things there.
